I'm slowly but surely getting back to natures candy ... fruits. Gotta get back to fighting weight.

It happens to all of us, too much temptation ..... Go slow and adapt. It's hard to change years of sloth I'm not there yet by any means but know I have to change habits

I toss mine in the freezer during summer. Frozen grapes to cool the heat of the day and it's so much better than ice cream. No guilt, no bad habits. Gotta go find me some grapes now...
