G'damn ma'am. Sign me up. The poem... maybe a lens is projecting rather than reflecting. "Cunt's juice presents" is a little awkward to read and I'm not so sure about the wording. "Over tight" I might think about changing that to that to "Through the tight." Some minor tweaks you might want. By the way, if your poem contains extreme content, then putting up the warning flag actually seems to draw people into your work on this site. That's how I hooked you into a read.
