Blessed to exist

I implore myself to maintain this
state of mind when I find myself
meandering in misery,
it's always important to remember
you're a member of this mystery  
manifested in this century
full of chaos and convenience..
full of wonder and power
and dangerous forces
and endless choices
to leave one voiceless,
leaves you feeling lost in this wasteland,
you can't understand
and don't wish to..
 
You wander this realm
 same as all the "others"
letting yourself stay overwhelmed,
copious qualms  
quelling your motivation
 to move on and up  
to a more meaningful existence  
where you learn to appreciate
your own presence..
