Sending me soaring

Rain for days..
 my soul and skin 
misses that heavenly haze 
and glare of the sun 
I'm so used to shining indefinitely.. 

Now I crave that supreme light and heat 
engulfing my vision 
making me feel 
complete.. 

It's where I regularly retreat 
to recharge and release 
all that eats away at me.. 
I need it now more than before 
because I truly appreciate this force 
which I feel flow 
through the core of my being, 
it burns my blues 
with an alluring aura 
sending me soaring.. 

Boundless beauty 
and power surrounding.. 
Igniting life limitlessly.. 
Enticing the imagination 
with it's infiniteness.. 
In my mind I dance to this 
divine reverberation.. 

Upon examination 
 I see
it underlies every entity,
creation and situation 
surrounding us all 
no matter how big or small..
