Except the pain
Depression increase
Pressure release
Sadness, a madness
Self loathing
Vicious cycles
Up and down
Back and forth
Broken in time
Enriched with heart ache
Squimmush
Get out the tums
By the bed dummy
Two maybe three
To handle the tummy
Cobwebs of depression
Systemic in nature
DNA instructed
Manic some days
Depressive most others
Try to get
Boots on ground
To fight war in head
Get up soldier
Time to release
Those endorphins
Get dressed
To fight for life
Take your meds
Be happy
To be alive
