What Did You Expect, A Happy Ending?
The drain
called her name
she started to circle it
round and round,
someone turned the
water on, and she
fuckin drowned.

Ahahaha! Your titles are as clever as your poetry and photographs! I want to honor your request for honest critique and suggest the following edits:
The drain
called her name
she [ started it ] circle[ed] it <- to? I would suggest simply she circled
[ going ] round and round, <- I'd lose going- it's implied
[ a space would provide some emphasis on the ending ]
someone turned
the water on—
she fuckin drowned
If these suggestions are heeded, it would read like this?
The drain
called her name
she circled—
round and round
someone turned
the water on—
she fuckin drowned
Hope that helps somewhat. I didn't change anything except the tense on circle. Elsewise I trimmed what I felt to be extraneous, thus driving your point more succinctly!

A powerful theme and a never ending story summed up in such few words.
Well done.
