Well you belong to the stars
I come from the dirt beneath your feet
you've glistened since you started
and you see brightness in me.
I'm not sure why our paths crossed
along the way I think you got lost
fell out of the sky to me
and I haven't let you go since
I'm not wishing, I'm not praying
just loving you, and staying
I know I can't control things
but I can ask you to hold me
things happen for reasons
and all my reasons
lead me to you
With the moon like a flashlight
raised emotions up last night
I stormed in the front door
you followed ready for war
and what a battle it was
but the way that it ended
was you pulling me in your arms

This is very beautiful indeed.
It's speaking a lot about a love being held together through war and struggle between the person loving the other, too me at least, that's what I think about it.
