Classic Corner Poll: October 2020

poet Anonymous

Welcome to October's Classic Corner poll!  These names were taken from the previous list for male and female poets.  If there is a poet you wish to see featured, PLEASE ADD THEIR NAME TO THIS POST, and we'll feature them in next month's poll.

We would ask that you vote for one male and one female poet from the above list. The top female and male will be featured next month.

Here is a list of poets we have already held challenges about and earned themes for, so keep in mind there is no point in recommending them:

I did as Trump instructed---

firstly, mailed in my vote for Tagore,

then cast my ballot in person for Lawrence!

Edit: Oh, shit .......

That would be great, Tallen.  I found Fulton the most challenging this month, so got her out of the way. My Yeats is gestating in the file incubator to make sure it's fully developed and ready to post. LOL!

Looks like it's going to be Ogwaga and Tagore next month. That's one I'm really looking forward to.

I'm very intrigued by Fulton's concept of Fractal Poetry and may attempt another. Out of all the poets we've studied so far in the CCComps, she seems the most pro-active in expanding what Poetry can be.
