Backgammon.
When you play games that involve strategy, do you start in aggressive attack mode right away to disable your opponent or do you balance it with building your home base and at the same time incorporate moderate attacks, sort of on the safe side?

The way i was taught by my grandfather was to guard the home base equally as attacking, because its a game of 50% luck of dice, so there's always that chance of being vulnerable incase the luck turns. But lately i've been playing with some shrewd players lol and dammit they've been beating the hell out of me not letting me breathe so i'm thinking maybe aggressiveness aint such a bad thing and if one loses then it means you put one helluva fight. idk, either way the sheer enjoyment comes from playing with someone who knows how to play and the winning makes it that much more gratifying.

Without cash. I don't gamble, I play for fun.
Do you enjoy, morning afternoon, or evening more?

Mornings. I feel that's when i have 'me' time. I enjoy the quietness and the colors slowly emerging from darkness.
Do you feel as you get older you hoard more or declutter more?

Poetry and historical fiction. Some collections of short stories as well. Hmmm, is that like the victors of a war get to write the history?
How did the New Year start off for you?! With a BANG, I hope!
No bang. I think i heard fireworks once but didn't go outside to check (too chilly). I was up until 3am., went to sleep and at 1400hrs drove to my Sister's for New Year's Day supper and fellowship.
You?
