That vulnerability is something.  I look for it in people and then I find it in myself.  It's an unbelievable moment when you can connect with someone within the vulnerability.

That's a good question Rob.
I live in an ultra noisy city and quiet is a rare commodity.
I do have a park on a river where i spend some quality time often.
Truth is though the hustle and bustle drives me.  I'm comfortable in chaos and anarchy.  I've always said I'm an opposite of
most humans ..

Some people are uncomfortable with silence but I do quite well in it.  In matters of the heart however one is often trying to navigate the quiet moments often with wonderful surprises.  I take what’s in front of me and when I hit a wall of silence I can’t understand I look for marks and markers, sometimes crushed leaves …

I love this, PoetSpeak! I can imagine you, slightly unshaven, in a dimly candlelit, sparsely furnished large room, alone with your thoughts. I like how you've done this with the sporadic bold lettering also. It's certainly atmospheric. I can almost smell the candle wax!

I'm in a "calm" state of thinking lately, so this write helps pave the way to continue that.  We don't always have to be "loud" to get our messages heard.   Sometimes we are judged during our quiet nature too.  It's those moments we are truly seen.

Hence this poem.
A lot can be found between words and actions.
I thought I was ourt of poems but this one presented itself to be written.

You definitely captured that need and desire to intimately connect with someone.
Perhaps it's desire, passion, or love, or all three but that need is so strong.
Between two lovers, eagerly waiting for that reply to your words in uncertainty.
And when those words come, even just a few it can be beautiful and feel so good.
It let's you know they are still thinking of you like you are them. Intimately.

You finished off my poem with the exact vibe that lovers feel. It’s  indescribable sometimes.  Love has its own aura and owns it.  As poets we can see into hearts and mind and it’s in our power to say it for those who want to but can’t.  That’s what I try to do anyway ….

Such vulnerability here. Sending out affection outside of their presence - at times can be addicting.
I have a friend of mine who has a constant stream of texts from her love life.
The fighting kind
The flirty kind
The love kind
The sex kind
She loves it. When we have lunch we giggle and catch up - then we read her texts. hahaha
Love her to pieces!!!
