I don’t claim to be an expert or owt, but it’s just an area I’m really passionate about and put a lot of personal energy into. So I always appreciate it when people raise their own game and try out spoken word. It’s not easy at all. But it’s worth it. And you answered the call, so mad props to you.

There is an absolute in loving someone to this degree that I can only hope the recipient is aware of. There is an offering by that someone who can love so freely. It’s a level to which I could only aspire. As I read this poem of love and beauty I kept thinking I could love someone above and below but only if...the unconditional rings throughout this piece and as I lament my inability to love in this capacity I admire it enormously in you. Listening to you bring life to these words was divine. H🌷

It can be very difficult to love deeply today; there are so many distractions, temptations, and discord. Getting past our own scars and theirs can be truly challenging. Still I think we should aspire to it because the more we can love someone and open up, the more beautiful it can be. I think we have all learned those protective defense mechanisms which will always make it difficult unfortunately. As always, thank you for taking the time to provide your insight and thoughts. Loved the sincere expression coming through, both in written and presentation. Sometimes that silence captures, almost as if the heart is speaking out lout and you both know it.
