OK FrigidDorm, the idea is to make a poem from the 3 words 'dictated' by the poet above you...you didn't do this so we start again with Grace's 3 words...
For the fun of it I'll include your 3 words as well...

battlefields, rewarding, fledgling
death, destruction, masses

battlefields loom before me
ghostly apparitions confront me
death and destruction of the masses
who said the outcome of war was rewarding?
how far from the truth that is

i'm a fledgling
fighting for the life within me
i'll not kowtow to the idiot leaders of countries
not end my life on some foreign soil
fighting a stupid war

A single tear falls
A tax paid by the living
For those they forgot

she was shaking as she listened
to the song
she was using headphones
allowing no one to know
she wished the cord
was long enough
to jump with
from her chair

He was drinking moonshine under the coconut tree
looking at the city skyline in the dark
a nut fell on his head
and the last thought he had
was 'damn, what a kick'

As a great white light filled the night sky
The worshippers of the foul demon cried
Our time has now come, freedom is ours
The wizard stood atop the high tower

He called upon Jupiter Saturn and Mars
Lights fell from heaven like millions of stars
Mountains of fire came crashing to Earth
The demon is here, the day of his birth

Sorry folks, not the best thing to write around Christmas but I'm listening to some Dio now

His beard has grown to his knees almost
and as he looked down into the water
he saw how sad he looked
he was as yellow as a ripe lemon
and he knew he stank to high heaven...:)

I wonder if they do that for Christmas too

He went to church
and she went to the temple
they came home together
and had a meal

someone from the mosque passed by
and called out a greeting
'Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!"

There's a guy up the road
sixteen year old
didn't like his sisters fellow
stuck a knife in

season of good will:
judge let him bail
house arrest

Back to face judge
in a few days

either way
he'll get two years tops
probably do the gym

..in between favours

and come back here
after time
less good behaviour

and I forgot about scrooge
can't find anywhere to put it
but it should be ok cos its Christmas

Happy Christmas good people of the Underground.

They called him the hunched back of Notre Dame
Not to be confused with the hunchback of Notre Dame
The difference is, he lives now, not back then
He is in fact on the slow road to divinity
Fusing his belief with his outward persona
He's a sharpie
Trying to revive that iconic ostentatious person
From the 60's

far be it for me
to question the integrity of a snowman
who's nose appears to be
a ham baguette
with onion and cheese

its just there's a certain irony
made all the more concrete
by the sound of bagpipes
coming from a forty inch tv

because its only two days
since some guy died of cold
fifty feet up the street
