I found the open spaces interesting and fresh, having the numbers visible and strong use of primary colors lended itself toward a a modern industrial vibe. While the white backgrounds screamed detachment from the machine and a going of your own direction. A very intellectual piece.

I agree with you on the industrial vibe.
Half the fun is using what's given as a starting point.  As soon as I saw the numbers I had a good feeling towards the objective.  Sometimes a piece won't feel right if there's too much open space and the challenge is to leave it and work in other sections.

Some aspects of this art look rather primitive, innocent almost, like a 5 year old kid could have mustered but then there's the numbers, the red triangle, spiral & other chaotic stuff that I don't feel entirely at ease with in this picture, like it's trying to tell me something that I do not know. Recycling is always good, of course! ;-)

Nothing about me is innocent but being compared to a
5 year art skills is pretty cool.
