POETRY is not DEAD,
It is ALIVE and it is WELL,
of ALL of the WRITERS of
DIFFERENT GENRES,
We are ALL FEELING SWELL.
We are TERRIFIC,
FANTASTIC and

The Shapes in Shadows
They hand us molds at birth
boxes carved from iron opinions,
sharp edges pressing into soft skin.
Be this, not that, they say,
their voices a choir of echoes,
ancient as caves and just as cold.
You are not a person,
but a sketch in charcoal,
dark lines smudged by lazy hands.
Your laughter?
Filed under too loud, too shrill, too weak.
Your silence?
A void they fill with their fears.
They say your gender is a blueprint,
your race, a map of limits.
"Walk this way, think this way,
and don't you dare...

A little star shines
Inside Roare
A little star shines
A spade sank into the daisies.
Only two sturdy trees cast shadows, singing softly.
About the fact that a little star cannot be seen when it disappears from the sky.
Only the glitter remains on the hand.
The one who saw her and stroked her golden hair.
The one who dared to call her by name, led her by the hand.
As the spade sank into the ribs,
His downcast eyes cast a black shadow, no one sings.
Everything that shone quickly went out, it's all gone.
Yet the star shines.

Pulse
keeping in steady rhythm with the day
the energies wash over me and I awake
pulses of light interact with my soul
stirring it with information
guided by the earth's elements themselves
a positive reaction will return in kind
the earth responds to the vibrations I send out
if I'm having a bad day she knows
my negative energies will be corrected
by continuing to get a response from people and nature
soon realizing my error
my anxiety builds I feel for my touchstone
beautiful enegy is returned to me and I calm
the world...

Exposing my personality like a mirror reflecting
emotions in the vivid imagery of thought through a
kaleidoscope, becoming my "self"
expressed by the anatomy of my soul surviving
the pendulum of longevity with a pen of the known
and unknown and the concept of "self"
as a guest upon the shore of my identity to be alone
in my desserts without wings to fly, but I dream of
nature and amnesiac insomnia listening to "self"

God is Love
What are the things that
a Loving God would do?
He will protect, He will direct, and
He will see you through,
He is Alpha and Omega,
the Beginning and the end,
He is on your side and
He is Truly a Dear Friend,
He Loves and He Cares for you,
If you get what I mean,
so, why don't you Accept Him
and Join the Winning Team,
God is the Father in the Heavens up above,
With Jesus on the Right side,
his only begotten son.
Jesus gave His Life to pay for our Sins,
So, join this Winning Team
Cos in the end, We will...
a Loving God would do?

It hurts so much
Inside Roare
It hurts so much
Like a friend pouring salt into your open wounds.
There are more insults I know and they sting.
Like your friend lying to your open eyes,
Like a horse stabbing a knife into your groin.
Why lie to yourself - just playing at being a friend,
I can't go on anymore, that's why I'm leaving.
Why is your hand cold,
Why are your eyes looking elsewhere.
I guess I know, I have to leave.
Fog is rising into the open windows,
I stupidly wait in vain.
I only write a few words into the open pages,...

Morning walk
Light and slow
WatchIng the flock
Quiet they go
Live like breath
They daily do
Cold and sleet
In summers and so
The ways are stern
Right and law
A one-way route
Blindly follow
Faith in guide
The shepherds know
Where the grass is thick
And heavenly grow
No bleat heard
There is no outlaw
Red lines are set
To come back home
...

The Oracles Song
To feel the light's nurturing embrace,
Is to have danced within darkness’s gaze.
For from the womb of suffering,
Is the place where strength is born.
the bosom of pain,
Where happiness drank,
remains the place
knowledge is stored.
through the act of deceit,
Truth is conceived.
the belly of hatred,
Where Love plants its seed.
in life’s internal furnace,
Balance is believed.
For to drink from an empty cup,
Does no one any good.
And to pour into a cup too full
Yields only...

Forever my Willow weeps silently
When autumn falls the shadow
Branches bend down low
