There are moments in life when we don't run from -  but  - run to people.
Feeling protected and safe at times will trump the physical - but only for so long. LOL
Eventually feeling connected always wins!

We are made stronger by those who embrace us.  True love is the one, admiration is the thousand.
I like your recent approaches to creative writing. It's easier for me to relate with, for one. And it also shows you when you're less bold. Humanity is supposed to be gentle and kind, at it's root.  Don't hide that part at all.  We all search for it ourselves.

This entry was much longer but I spent some time with it to get it to that promised land kind of feel.  I'm glad I did because people's reaction to it has been heartwarming.  So I'm glad you felt it too.
Yes, I can very bold and in your face but you're right, when all that bravado junk falls away there's the kindness I want the reader to see and feel.  I thank you Styx for your comment and for helping me see some truths ....

I'm finding in my writing new ways to express myself and on this one in particular I was blessed with a really good reaction.  We all have to constantly reinvent ourselves.
