Take a ride with me

I want you to play a game with me.
Look at the dots on the wall here.
They tell me where we will go next.
Random journeys into the unknown.
And at night we are only shadows.
Simply moving from place to place.
Through this underground network.
A strange world woven in the city.
With points of metro schemes.

Author's Note
When I lived in the UK growing up it was a very turbulent time but it became home. When I was a teenager I would play this game. We would take the train into London and just randomly pick somewhere on the tube to go. I was supposed to be at a friend's house. Instead we went to all these different places. The underground having it's own special atmosphere to get us there. And some of the places felt dodgy as hell at night getting into so much trouble as we went. Of course having a Cornish Pasty as well, the traditional was always my favorite. I remember getting stranded in probably the worse place when the metro stopped running one time. But we knew we were alive, if only that we might die. lol

I thought this piece might be a bit of fun considering the last one was heavy. :)
