Starting again - clean - "exhaling out all my sin." Christ I wish it was that easy. Beautifully worded. "Darknes is forgotten" - this smacks of rebirth, which is a beautiful way to start any day.

*hand to heart.... I'm appreciative of your sentiments and the list add. Mornings are only my thing, for ONE reason and that's COFFEE.. It's the elixir of the Gods and I don't think I could function properly without it. I write odes to it constantly... lol

I'm sorry mornings are difficult for you and I normally have that same problem but I learned up adapt, I guess... lol
I'm usually lucky to get 4 hours of sleep
I consider that well rested....
