Studying the space of stillness
just sitting
watching
listening
witnessing
each wonder
not getting stuck
or sucked into worry or stress
I've spent too long
loathing each moment
it's much better to enjoy existence
instead of persistently pushing pessimistic points of view
that'll never get you through
and you know that's true.
Study that space of stillness
to see something special
something sent specifically for you
a truth intended for you and you alone.

If only some folks would just take a few minutes to enjoy the stillness of life and stop look and listen to the stillness in the beauty of life they would appreciate the beauty that surrounds us for it is nature in its purest form of communication with the mind and spiritual growth of your soul
