Tears

Have you ever just sat and cried for no reason
Just broke down just by listening to a song playing in the radio
Or started crying when your child crys out because you yelled at them
Tears have many definitions and so many meanings
We cry when we are happy with thoses over joyed happy tears
They come when we are angry when we are fighting with tears of frustration
Sometimes we laugh so hard we end up with tears streaming down our faces
Then there are the tears of hurt and pain that we can not hide
Tears have so many meanings and sometime we can not explain
Tears can not define us
Tears can not control us
One day the flood gates will dry and the tears will be gone
There will be more but just be glad you can enjoy some moments without tears
Emotional tears are okay to share just don't let them conquer your life
