Dragon's Den

I am pleading in this squat
Crawling on the floor
Impatiently awaiting
Hoping of your score

My heart furiously pounds
You are absent; no not here
In a twisted panic
I know you are not near

Caring not for safety
Addiction leads the way
Yet I beg only to find you
Whatever, I will pay

Frantically I search
Into the dragon’s den
Needle in your arm
I am left alone again
