What She Doesn't See

I wish she could see all the beauty I see
at the very least acknowledge
the loveliness that graces
every living thing

"Something in the way she moves"

Lady humps so inviting
suggesting the physicality
of a fully grown woman
locks of hair free flowing
as if crafted by nature's architects
smile more radiant than the most dramatic
nuclear reaction

"The most beautiful girl in the world"

She claims the weight as a flaw
I however can't help but check her out everytime
whether donning jeans, stretch pants
a skirt or a dress
digits always a feast for my eye

"Let me say it again girl, you're all I need"

Nothing to give to a relationship
a tough time she is going through
does my naivety get the best of me
in pontificating that those
moments are when a romance
can be the sweetest of joys?

"I don't believe in the stars or the planets
or angels watching from above
but I believe there's a ghost of a chance
we can find someone to love and make it last, and make it last"
