Midnight Serenade
Written for the impromptu composotions comp
Late at night I lay awake
I toss and turn,
I shiver and shake.
You kiss my lips and take my hand
And start to sooth my restless mind.
Like the ocean when it hits the sand.
You hum your soothing serenade,
The song you wrote when we first met.
Before I know it I'm fast asleep,
Dreaming in the world I made.

This is good stuff... From the impromptu thread I see. Did the extra pressure from the thread help?

Thank you very much:) yes I found that the pressure helped a lot, it was stimulating. And it was really nice to be inspired so easily.
