Yesterday at the dentist
Yesterday I went to the dentist
Not to fond of the dentist
I'm in the waiting room
Seems like the place is quiet
I'm the second appointment
Only the receptionist, one other patient & the dentist
From down the hall I hear someone gagging and crying
Sounds like their in horrible pain
The doctor I believe begins yelling at this person
I hear him say, "Would you please shut the fuck up!!"

10 years in jail made him a criminal
Originally went to the slammer for killing his sisters boyfriend
The boyfriend was no good
He would belittle, beat, rape & steal from his sister
He was also a small time criminal that was in & out of the slammer numerous times
He made many friends in the big house through the years

One day at the beach along the coast of the Jersey Shore.
There was an In Shape Man and an Out of Shape Man.
The In Shape Man said to the Out of Shape Man, “Look at me I am tall, strong, tan, graceful & beautiful.”
He went on by saying, “Look at you, your small, ugly, pale, weak and untidy.”
The Out of Shape Man was hurt by the remarks. He knew he wasn’t fit, gorgeous, or tall. It took him much longer to gain courage and talk to anyone let alone a girl. He had no self-esteem.
