I recently found the sequel to this fantasy novel I read a while back, One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig,which was 500 or so pages, and had a stunning cover and book design. I have been looking for weeks at the time,but all that popped up was the sequel in Romanian,and since I do not know that language,I had to wait,but I finally found it for sale in my native language! Again,500 or so pages. I'm very excited about starting it!

Worn. Out. My yard is cut & patio hedges are trimmed, now all I need is fill dirt and compost to plant mums between each bush. But not before pressure washing the concrete and brick. Home maintenance can be rough and the pollen count was excessive today.

FABULOUS! Been in the 70's/low 80's with practically zero humidity. Those clouds look like birds flying from that tree.

I seem to be in a perpetual dark night of the soul.

Sometimes I wonder if I died in my sleep at some point and this is a hellish feedback loop with minor variations.
