How Do I love Again
Love is a drug and I just need my fix
Tired of pouring all this love into the wrong bitch
Tired of the different mood swings
I hit the wrong switch
Love ain’t did nothing
Not even made me rich
Who knew Love would feel like this?
Love chose a man over her kids
Love had me locked up facing a bid
Love had me wishing I didn’t exist

First off I want to blame my parents
I didn’t ask to be born
All this weight I carry
Feeling selfish with my ways
I’m feeling angry
Momma had me young
She was just a baby
Sometimes I wish she never made me
Never laid down with my father
I wish she would have waited
Look at the mess they created
Now I’m feeling hated
I watch my life pass me by
All the time I wasted
I should have been searching for answers
Like why my daddy leave me
Why was he incarcerated?
Why couldn’t momma feed me

Hurray For The REVERSAL Of ROE V WADE
Roe v. Wade has been reversed !!
First of all, privacy is no realistic basis for legalizing abortion.
Just because the baby is within your body, that doesn't give you the right to kill it !!
You are not an absolute monarch over that baby. Suppose I invite someone over to my house and he slips on the slippery floor.
So he says "I'm gonna sue you for having that slippery floor." So I say to myself, I can't let this bum sue me !!
So I'm tempted to "wack" this guy - and justify it on the basis that it happened within the PRIVACY of my house.

HERE ON THIS 4th OF JULY (July 4th, 2003, Galveston Island,Texas; D.H.)

even though im alone
there are no loose ends
for everythings done
and well in my world
outside on my bike
riding high on life
shirt off in the wind
and sun
as intermittent raindrops
lightly begin to fall
