Accursed Treasure
- Accursed Treasure -[
I recall it was in a far away port, so many years ago,
When the hour was past midnight in the tavern’s hall.
An old pirate with a wooden leg and a heart of woe,
He told us of a treasure, and how it had cost him all!
Accursed by the ancients, not known by men today,
There was a chest filled with jewels buried on an isle.
No more would the old man search for another day,
So it fell to us to make his knowledge so worthwhile.
The crew expected an easy voyage, and easier loot,
But the skies grew dark and the waves...

I almost died... again
I keep having nightmares that I'm not going to wake up
That death is tired of missing their target
I've narrowly avoided their embrace ten times
It still hurts to breathe too deeply
I get so tired... So damn easily now
Trying to resign that I almost died...again
That a blood clot almost took me from life
I'd always assumed that my life would end by my own hand
And I have taken great solace in that fact
That when I decided it was over that it would be
I've been making all these changes trying to get better
To fight that urge with all my...

Not suppose to happen
Intro:
I KNOW A THING OR TWO ABOUT A THING OR TWO..
Am not suppose to happen..
Am not suppose to happen..
Am not suppose to happen..
Living the life of a desperado..
Trespassing in this game of ludo..
Am living in terror..
Walls talking in my palour..
They been tapping me up in the radar..
Viewing my face in the mirror..
Strange faces i saw in horror..
So long am Numero uno..
Every desperado gonna settle in my shadow..
I know...

Paperplane thoughts on the wind
I still have to scold myself at times
Still have to capture the stray thoughts
Those tendrils carrying images of you
Warm and bright, floating in my mind at night
I fold them into paper planes in my skull
Before breathing them out to float to you
I'm the monster of your story, I know
Your love couldn't change the beast
The gods know my efforts of change
Seeking help to better this fractured mind
But it doesn't change the fact I hurt you
So I put these thought on the wind
As if I'm releasing flowers on cold water
I know they'll...

Hell on a Stick Pt. 3: Motel 6th
We get to the town front gate.
"I need to take care of business. I'll be back later. Actually, why don't you make a reservation at the motel? Here, I'll walk you over."
We cross the square, there's a large building to the right that's segmented like a layer cake, with each floor floating a few feet separated from each other, and I can see "Criozesas Administration Building" in a neon sign, blue and pink and red, suspended by a chain hanging on the front. The levels of the building shift and sway, suspended by an invisible force.
The motel is an indecipherable set...

Angel Eyes (A Witche's Tale)
and so
the man came and told
the frightened woman
of her husband's demise
that soldier
a true man of honor
who called her angel eyes
then when he left
she grabbed a
white cloth
dampened it
a little
wiped her eyes with it
and cried out
to no one
she grabbed up
the string of beads
where they lay in
the wooden box
she kept it in
