Epitome of sanctuary

Cherry blossoms hang
from their ceiling as he wrap stars
around her neck and the clocks crack
while she laughs soliloquies and
birds sing their love as fairies dance
on the windowsill while gravity lightens
as they kiss a little into nothingness,
so they watch everyone turn to glass
so they could consume galaxies
and volcanic rocks
Fulgurite shatters the people
into claret whips of
smoke that paint their grass,
the fractured beings of their souls
fit together like puzzle pieces as
The sky turns lilac in an attempt to rival their love
nothing distracts them, ever content
 their essence intensifies the bedsheets,
so it burns into cinders from the heat of their backs
They were paramours to the stars so they stole
the ends of the universe and sewed them together
and rerouted electricity to exist no where but their spines
and plasma now becomes the veins that burst into nebulas that
puncture the core of the earth sending out platinum
to paint the sky in decadence to them as
their hearts pump serotonin through their chests
so they can expel it into each others lungs
The bouquets become too much
for the columns of marble to bare
as the celestial orbit of their planet rotates into chaos
sending out hurricanes with every whisper of a glance
or every chance at a touch,
they collide with asteroids and other fiery heavenly bodies
and eventually drift through the fray,
they create nothing but themselves
the sounds of their birds
turn into screams of phoenixes
and the sea becomes their bath so they could
swim in the deepest parts while
the branches of trees become arms
that cradles the wind into currents
that turns their bath into whirlpools
so they can spiral into the clouds and
make lightning strike the beaches
as they giggle and pretend to be God
and the significance of their love
destroys stars and gasses,
in fact all matter outside
their torn atmosphere
that was now sweet sound broken ribbons
that painted teal flesh
on the black canvas
It becomes their new home
so their eyes could learn to send out magnetic sparks
feeding each other their thoughts without remarking
a single phrase or word
on the blast radius they created
as they held hands and kissed
