My #Nopoo for today.
Thoughts of not judging someone - be it age, sex, gender, mental health issues, physical appearance etc .... I see certain stereotypes perpetuated, sometimes even applauded and it just breaks my heart.... I don't think some people realize... (at least I hope they don't)
Be kind and maybe take a moment to think of how certain actions or words have particular consequences.

There is a Pete Seegar song called "Little Boxes" about how we put people in boxes. But your poem really brought home the reality of that. You uncovered the heart from its box and displayed it for all the world to see. Love what you do with words and love you even more.
