Relief
Today was such a relief ! The sun was casting a warm yellow glow,the birds were singing to me all day ,windows down wind blowing through me like wind chimes.I needed the warmth.I needed to feel the earth finally giving me a sense of welcome.

Thank you man. It really means a lot when someone replies to this message.theirs So much confusion dealing with anxiety and depression I feel like theirs not enough positive to follow.everything is so dark and grey all the time, I feel like it’s important to share the positive thoughts whenever it comes around,because positive thoughts come rarely in a depressive lifestyle.

Some can't relate to this, they've never done without. They have never entered a void where there is nothing, no existence, gravity, no broad range of emotions, you simply are, and your existence is you continually grasping at whatever. Short but long on content to those that can relate, tight
