I have to admit back in the day you didn’t get in someone’s reading list unless you wrote something like spectacular. But I think at this time in the game people are just trying to support each other get their face out there so others can find them to which I for one am grateful for lol

I spend most of my time painting these days...abstract art too as you know...it takes care of my anxiety more than writing does lately... I feel like I'm bottling things up and it doesn't work...I don't know of another site you can be yourself I got my poems pulled on a lot of sites before here I don't know maybe fetlife...I'll miss you Poet...

You make a splendid point. Over using an acknowledgement can minimize value. I’ve found myself evaluating my submissions by that and now I feel terribly guilty knowing on the inside I don’t measure up to many of the compliments and honors of an RL. I really don’t. I am so very grateful for them but I hate to think someone is giving me one just because we’ve become friendly and they feel compelled. I know you’ll whip others on the other site into shape and I’m glad you’ll continue to hang around here and make sure we stay up to scratch. H🌷

I get it.  I’m thinking up one to write on a similar motif. It cheapens things when praise is given too easy. Then again I don’t think I praise enough.

It's a give and take but high praise should be earned for the miraculous....

I've thought RLs were like little batches of honor people pin on a virtual sash, finding your work so dope we go back to it every now and again. I'm not sure if there is a limit on RLs, but when stuff is removed I tend to wonder if we've overused it or spring cleaning started and we review those under the dust.

Either way, I also always look forward to your digital art.
