Winter sunsets
Winter sunsets - a meeting of ice and flame,
Overflows of colors, as on a bright banner,
The sky is blue, blue and gray,
And the snow is colored and soft white ...
The sun goes down, red color is added,
And yellow evaporates - there are no mistakes,
The snow darkens, the burgundy sky ,
ashy heights,
The fire will soon go out -
all the colors have gathered ...
All this is mesmerizing
you can not take your eyes off,
The landscape ennobles and makes us understand,
Nature is perfection, its colorful beauty,
And you feel bliss looking at all this

I've always enjoyed portraits and poetry about sunsets, the vast array of colors seem more vivid.
It's a wonderful piece Kristina with lovely picture to accompany your verse. That ending line captures it perfectly.
Bravo.

Beautiful truth❣❣ I felt warm inside reading, "there are no mistakes." It evokes thoughts of how we treat other humans. Are none of us mistakes. With this passage, "The landscape ennobles " you capture so well the way I feel when watching waves crashing onto a beach or the majesty of the Sierra Nevada, and actually the beauty of a human being...all leave me awestruck as does your poetry BD😍🙏

Dear K,
Oh. My. God, breathtaking!
“ Nature is perfection, its colorful beauty,” so right.
This poem was such a delight to read because to me, it offered a sense of profound reverence and an opportunity to take a deep breath and a beat from this current universal madness. To give thanks to what really matters. So delicately and exquisitely you have written that essence. Really beautiful write, and lovely photo to compliment the visual aspect. This added greatly to my Christmas spirit and has come just at the right moment. A true treasure. H🌷

Your beautiful comments and heart are a true treasure. I really love that you felt it offered a sense of profound reverence. It is definitely easy to forget the beauty around us in today's madness; even without current events life has become so hectic and a perpetual state of anxiety. I LOVE that it added your Christmas spirit! That really makes me feel good! 💖
