Image for the poem Upon another Shore

Upon another Shore

Upon another shore
sands colours of rainbow
hearts ripped so raw
living without being
I build sand castles
to watch as time erase

lived, loved and wandered on
I  elaborated life
away to sights where no one see
away to thoughts un-cared no more
gardens in the glades
dreams of heaven

tombstone, unmarked, no word spoken
a seat on an empty place
silence reign as butterfly wings
ripples on air unseen
dusts of past shadows
glide by unmourned

sway the sea, white crested waves
travel through and beyond the mists
blue sea yonder turned black
visions of  pink and red petals
strewn at the corner
yet blew the wind unseen

I mourn thy absence
towards another life
leave I to live.
