the silent times
Odin rains widom on the faithless
stirring Loki blood oath brother over mischief
the stars fell from the skies becoming mortal
in the silent times I feel them
with great travail they are brought forth--
called from the four corners of the Earth
summoned from the spaces they play
Mother of the universes soothes the beast
under the cover of darkness they work
loyal to a cause, rebellious in nature
there is solidarity in my black heart
chief among your horde is my coveted lover
I shall shake all foundations with my jealousy
and you will know you are loved
imitations may rise under the sun
I shall defeat them one by one
seductresses injecting madness into your soul
poisoning your well
today I bring a healing potion
old magic not yet seen before in these troubling days
this is your playground but it is my home
I will strike the stars down and you will see their insolence
vile creatures of the masquerade
parading themselves around as Goddesses
when they are nothing more than children
counterfeits flavored with disease
suffer not my temple a harlot
innocence does not belong to them
it is coveted and protected in my houses
don't mistake immaturity with purity
come home where you are revered and feed your hunger
my gates are open
you alone may enter
