red geranium // break blossom
i am frozen here, in awe,
as the blues move silent
through my skull, and you
paint the whole world red -
i dare not question this.
oh, red geranium,
how sweet you are.
you're bound to me, and
winter, warmed by
red cacophonies - the
angels swarm, there
where the milk of your eye
meets the frosted ground.
//
regret, black paint,
white dust,
i watch
as you shrivel up
and break away,
you fall apart,
red solo cups,
dark cloud blotting out the sun.
as the blues move silent
through my skull, and you
paint the whole world red -
i dare not question this.
oh, red geranium,
how sweet you are.
you're bound to me, and
winter, warmed by
red cacophonies - the
angels swarm, there
where the milk of your eye
meets the frosted ground.
//
regret, black paint,
white dust,
i watch
as you shrivel up
and break away,
you fall apart,
red solo cups,
dark cloud blotting out the sun.
