Hairdo
he had a pompadour
he was proud of his hair
full on his head without any grey
he loved the salon
where his hair was serviced
to look like Elvis
he loved James Dean
and copied the way
he lighted up his cigarettes
lighting up one day
too much lighter fluid
lighted up his hair
his hairdo went a step higher
looked a little like Jimi Hendrix's
from the front.
