In my mind it's mournful, dreadful not right.

Each time you find yourself thinking those kinda thoughts... respond to your inner dialogue with confidence and reassurance that everything is as it should be, and that everything in your life is exactly where you want it to be.
Whatever you do... do not amplify your negative thoughts by believing in them !
Social anxiety can be conquered by implementing a range of redirection techniques.

Thanks .... but just when you have been bullied or put down enough by other opinions, even though your intentions were always good, you start to believe the narrative after awhile and it takes a while to 'undo'. But, I'm working on it. Art in itself is great therapy.
