Remember when..
When I first met you,
You were looking at me,
But I wasn’t looking at you.
When I first met you,
You would smile at me,
While all I did was nod at you.
When I first met you,
You wanted to be close to me,
But I didn’t let you,
Now Im confused because you won't let me through,
And you have no clue, how much I miss you.
But you see I didn’t know,
I didn’t know what was real or not,
I was lost and miserable,
You were the light but everything was,
And if only I would have looked into your eyes,
Those eyes that are now locked away,
Those eyes that once adored me,
Those eyes that I didn’t notice.
My only hope.
