I think your life force is doing fine Crim.  I find a mantra helps.  With me it's "crimson and clover, over and over."  Sometimes it keeps me balanced, sometimes I still fall on my face.  It's a tough call.  in any case this fine work from a lady with a kick ass ch'i.

I have always liked and admired the fiery and dark style of writing you had, yet this self-reflective esoteric-inclined path could suit you well given how you have owned it so far with this poem. I think the trick is not always making dark poems depraved ones, letting dark become connected to depth and forbidden and enveloping not just violent perversion: not all characters in black are bad. Heavens forbid you write cheerful yet brainless pieces! - That is not your style and fate. It is my hope that the peaceful thoughts become more than just thoughts, we all need to find a moment of balance and inner peace, the tortured writers even more so.
