I like some Nine Inch Nails as well. My favorite release of NIN is The Fragile. Just from the beginning, the left disc really captivates and enthralls with powerful emotion that kind of gives you a stimulatory jolt in your Central Nervous System, as far as adrenaline and chills go. The whole thing, left and right disc, catapults me into a different realm of emotional aesthetic that I find suitable and relatable, at least as a recovering drug addict that identifies vicariously to Trent's music and lyrics. The atmospheres of sound in The Fragile, from left disc to right disc, are undeniably creative and original. Trent depicts the struggle of being an addict quite well, at least in the left disc. With that said, here is a very moving and dramatic evocation and example of that in the first song on the album, called "Somewhat Damaged." This song used to give me goosebumps with its raw emotion and reality of what drug addiction does, and going through withdrawal, and the almost traumatic experience of it
