Blow, Flow, Turn, Burn
Blow like air;
carefree and unfazed by commotion
easily moving with a manner easy
happy and light, never uneasy.
Flow like water;
ever moving and in an economy of motion
avoiding undue stress and worry
calming and cleansing, in no hurry.
Turn like earth;
with purpose and solidity
measured and dependable
assured, strong, sensible.
Burn like fire;
bringing warmth of spirit and emotion
ever active and eternally inquiring
welcoming, friendly and inspiring.
Blow, Flow, Turn, Burn
as these four elements do so
and a good life you will know.

These four words are now lifted to new heights, each oozing with inspiring warmth.
I've read this piece multiple times and wish to read it at intervals. I cannot imagine any meaning to them beside those you laid out.

They say music soothes the savage beast, so poetry surely has the ability to mend the rended soul. To be able to be reread, to convey a message and be understood clearly is great, but such praise is the icing on the proverbial cake.

Blow, Flow, Turn, Burn...they mean so much now that you have elaborated on them, m'lord. I do believe this can be adopted into the endless thread. They can inspire some good writes even though they may not exactly agree with your ideas or your elucidation as of above. Enjoyed the read.

Feel free to incorporate the core ideas into the endless thread, the nature of the elements are not mine to squander and withhold. These specific forms: flow, blow, and burn, are actually inspired by 'The Fifth Element' movie, with 'turn' seeming to be a good one for earth after research failed to show a clear one for earth.
I would prefer to not always have people agree with me when concerning poetry and writing: it means something better can be born!

The theme of nature and elements seem to speak well to me making the process seem like magic. And then comments from fair folk like yourself prove to be the starlight upon such magical flows.

Excellent write. I like the calm balance of the elements.... I will need to reread this from time to time to steady myself again. Currently I feel more like Hurricane, Flood, Spin, Explode...the serenity of your descriptions is much needed and appreciated!

It is good that the calm feeling is conveyed and can pass on to others. May you be more like the eye of the hurricane, the pebble riding the flood, the center of the spin, and the chamber containing the explosion.
