"The Gentle Breeze."
I watched as the leaf floated
gently to the ground
I could see how it was lighter
than the atmosphere around
so it could therefore be
bared up by the blowing wind
and placed easily onto the
ground
It reminded me of how you
said as written in Psalms
91:9-12,
9 Because thou have made
the Lord, who is my refuge,
even the Most High, your
habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall
there, neither shall any plague
come upon your dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels
a command over you, to
protect you in all your ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in
their hands, lest thou dash thy
foot against a stone.
"Lord, you have raised us up
above the atmosphere of this
earth, which sits in temptation
and darkness, when you freed
us from the curse of sin and
set us with you in the Kingdom
of your dear Son in Heavenly
places,"
"You have made us ride upon
the high places of the earth
and in your Spirit we are
carried by the Heavenly winds
which blow where they desire,"
"You've called unto us to and
we responded by entering into
your secret place most High
and there abide we under your
shadow, oh Almighty,"
So now like the leaf that is
tenderly carried along by the
wind, we are also held up by
your Mighty hand and set
down in Peace oh Lord,
Friend to man
gently to the ground
I could see how it was lighter
than the atmosphere around
so it could therefore be
bared up by the blowing wind
and placed easily onto the
ground
It reminded me of how you
