LOVE POEM

The Back and Forth
I love you
you scream it to me
you tell me every second
of every day
but i don't believe you
for i believe you are in love with my mouth
wrapped around your package
i believe your so called "love"
is being determined by you're little friend's pleasure
but if my belief is true
then why have you stayed for so long
why do you always come back
why is it that
when i have begun to change for the worse
you're genuinely upset
why do you seem to care
see, you leave me when I'm most vulnerable
you hurt me...

Mama's Tears
The hardest thing to do
is watch your mama cry
the creature that gave you life
that raised you
loved you unconditionally
kissed your boo boos
now her eyes are filling up
and over-flowing
the dam concealing all the years of pain
breaks
you see her face shatter
tears stream in zig zags
creating pathways off of her chin
onto the floor
her cringing pain
you try to kiss her boo boos better
but how
when her heart is broken
he's with another woman because he's an idiot
no mama, you're beautiful
no mama,...

Diary of an Eating Disorder
My stomach grumbles
it should hurt
but I've trained my mind to enjoy it
the emptiness feels good
lunch bell rings
I'll buy a juice so no one wonders
why
I'm not eating
I'll talk about all the food I plan to eat when I get home
they're all fooled
thinking I'm still healthy
The walk home I get weak
The cabinet calls my name
Crackers, cereal, noodles, ice cream
I down it all
Now I feel like a greasy piece of shit
being full hurts
excuse myself to the restroom
run some water
turn on the fan
no one will here the...
it should hurt

Why
I lie in bed at night
wishing for you by my side
in the morning too
the yearning for your presence is heightened
no calls
no texts
afternoon has come and gone
this burning feeling hasn't left
I could watch this sunset in your arms
but you aren't coming back today
nor tomorrow
I'll lie in bed again tonight
still just wondering why
you left
I gave you the one thing I can't take back
you've stolen it forever
do I mean that little to you?
do I mean nothing at all?

Women of the Night
He holds me tight
Breaths me in
And for a moment I believe he cares
He calls me beautiful
Says there’s no one in world for him
But me
And for a moment I believe he cares
He stares into my eyes
Kisses my lips go gently
And for a moment I believe he cares
But I know him all too well
Games, tricks, lies
It’s all the same
He’s just happy I have a hole in between my legs
But I let him hold me tight,
Call me beautiful,
And kiss me softly
Because in that one moment I believe
I feel happy
Because his fake love is better...
