A poem about fraud
I did not write this, the fraudster did
Recognize the signs: aabb rhyme scheme, commas in the middle of lines, no real soul to the writing, most times in quatrains.
In shadows deep where whispers play,
A tale of fraud unfolds each day.
With masked intentions, veiled in guile,
Deceitful smiles cloak every mile.
Promises spun like silken threads,
In golden words, the truth misled.
What glimmers bright may hide the rust,
In hearts betrayed, once pure, now dust.
An empire built on borrowed...

In the movie, after a life of cruelty
Evil Mama Elena's ghost
struck out one last time
against Love after death
That's what evil does
when it's exposed;
it plays the victim
to garner sympathetic attention—
attempts to destroy Light
strikes below the belt
with inuendo on its way out
rather than admit
its own wrong doings
( or alternate accounts )
SPOILER ALERT:
Truth overcomes—
so forgive yourself first
for years of deception ...

He cried wolf but now he weeps
All those lies caught up to him real quick
Meanwhile others are suffering from hate crimes
The world can be an ugly place but some people are sick
Was it for the attention? The spotlight?
Well now everybody knows he’s a liar and a fraud
And for the purpose of what? I just don’t understand

with their glass dagger eyes
sharpened to the point of gouging
razor tongues ever at the ready
eager to slash truth...

more in line with their toxic savagery
their ears like pools of poison
soaking up & destroying honesty
as it drips acid from their mouths
who knows from where these ghouls originate
as they spread lies...
whispered into porous minds
allowing such foul germs as judgment & hate to pollinate
turning them into a singly directed organism

Just give the Russians what they want
the MAGA pinheads say
as they view Europe's eastern front
in violent decay.
No doubt space lasers are involved
and control the weather
whenever hot air has revolved
when they get together.
It's a fascist on fascist fight
so Imperialist
somehow giving Putin the right
to raise the winning fist.
Except that every cooler head
amid all the alarm
will be the ones who stop the spread
of Europe from more harm.
They fret too much about the nukes ...
