Response to Joshuaberry on Religion
Religion....
I was raised christian
but while in high school
I read dozens and dozens of books on the topic
The knowledge i acquired
pushed me far from organized religion
Can I say I think that religion is a mental prison
The best slaves do not see their cage
Faith in and of itself may be good
But religion is the opiate of the masses
It keeps you in your place
It makes you easy to control
I debated countless people on the topic
And got to the point ...

It’s been the year of the Women unless you’re Theresa May
Her poor performance at the election left the Tories in disarray
Theresa May was meant to win comfortably but her support fell quicker than Gemma Collins at the brits
Jeremy Corbyn won over the youth and silenced members who wanted him to call it quits
Gal gadot was one of those that topped the box office at the movies and in music Cardi B and SZA took control.
After their little attempt at a music career lethal B had to warn Love island Chris and Kem to slow there role.

Favorite poets of 2016-2018
This is my personal list of amazing discovered and undiscovered poets i've came across since 2016 up to today.
each one of these poets have single handedly astonished, personally influenced my writing style, way of thinking about poetry, and broke the very ground i stood on leaving me speechless.

Whittled a spoon and i dug my way out
Longing for Vulnerability
masking true identities at depths
that require scuba gear to breathe
submarines that could sink
emotions like a worn light switch
flick flick flick flick...
Oops...
i broke it
repair or replace is a longing question
looming as i walk it to the garbage can curb
as to how long you can hold hovering hands
over red Bic lighters before the flame eats us alive
words from winter writers unknown
broke down walls once thought to be impenetrable
fort Knox...

In a blinding light it came to me atsiprasau it needs to be said
I say to you auf wiedersehen I think it’s clear to me now
It’s killing me deep down so zbogom it’s time for me to let go
I never wanted to do this you should know selamat tinggal
It’s tofa from my heart I have to for me, it’s been 10 years
I married you on 5/4/08 I was never meant say Hamba kahel
When I say ha det it has to be forever just like our vows
I know la revedere hurts me more than it could ever hurt you
I must say it over and over addio till it sinks in to my skull ...

The Conundrum
My soul was in denial
Whilst my cerebral painted a vivid picture of it all
Thats when I knew all that glitters ain't gold
"I was played" I uttered in a faint lifeless whisper
She had taken my love and care as a fun fair
Like deja vu
I quickly arrived at the same rendezvous point with my past
What made me such a worthy character of this particular scene
Was it that I was not a player ??
Shaking in disappointment and filled with rage
It all seemed like a mere mirage
But the deep cold hole in my heart ...

I’m Creator
The sun rises to provide light over the land,
bringing a smile to the faces of all who stand.
The power of life is in my hand.
What you’re about to witness will surely be grand.
You stare into a mirror and feel empty inside.
On the other side, a boy wants you to be his bride.
Your wedding will be beautiful; I have no reason to lie.
I create what I see and now I’m your eyes.

Noah's Flood And Abortion
Genesis, the first of the five books of Moses - collectively called "the Law of Moses" - records the creation of the animals by God the Creator.
It says He created them to reproduce "according to their own kind."
Then it says God created mankind according to GOD's OWN KIND - "in His image and likeness" (Genesis 1.26-28).
In short, mankind is the collective "son" of God.
(Not individual men, I'm talking mankind here as an organism made up of persons in place of cells.
People are the cells that make up Mankind the superorganism -- human society as the...

Acts 15 - a One Time Thing or An Ongoing Process??
The apostle Paul and the Early Church Fathers put aside
certain parts of the Law of Moses on the basis that they were a stumbling block to Gentiles coming to the Lord.
The account of this revolutionary change is given in Acts 15.
Are the particular parts of the Law that were put aside back in Paul's day all that would ever need to be put aside ??
Or are we to BUILD on the precedent of Acts 15 by continuing the process
of putting more of the Torah aside?
How much is enuff?
Here's what i am talking...

The first good snow
Quilt of patchwork snow
slumber steep mountain memory
a million green needles
grazing
blades reaching as regiments of Rome
yearning for the lips of light
coveted Arc so sought after
stern eagle wings point the way home
being buried alive
death fell from grey skies herb garden
cut by smiling children at art time
the crash - crashing
flags fought for
stripes and stars
just as frozen
stiff as the bodies that hold them
bald tiger paw rubber gave no traction
for the tired road ahead
lacked...

I love Him
Put my ear to the seashell and drifted into isolation as i stared back at the ocean...i heard an angel say go to him right away...and all i came to know...was different somehow...because i love him now.
Sure...i know things have been rocky but that doesn't mean...he doesn't love me..and i was so stupid to think...my feelings would just melt away...i can't deny i think of him...every single day.
Beautiful...he's so beautiful to me...oh how i love him...he is everything...the moon and stars would not exist...the earth would fall out of alignment...pain would breed...if he...
