It reminds me of a tv medical series from America I saw one episode of where an attractive woman doctor was seeing a randy male patient who declared to her when she wanted to know about his chest "All I have is a heart filled with passion". (This was in the 70s , nowadays it would be legally actionable as harrassment I bet.)
