Summer Abstraction Volatile and Fancy Free

There’s often a connection.
Other times I choose the painting and write around the colors and how they hit me.  Other times I just write in a character and project what he’s feeling.  Like this one, the colors are summery but there’s an underlying darkness on the streets when you’re heading home and you drive through your home town with memories and a U2 feeling of let’s get out of here …

We may like this one most of all, imagine if everyone had a tiger within. We mean regardless of gender, color, religion, your inner tiger shows outwardly. To tight

There’s a lot going on here and it’s just a section of a much bigger collage.  I’m feeling my younger days here.
It’s a mix of excitement, summer cologne and wild eye lust and power….

Just in time for tornado season here in tornado alley! Looks about right for it. We're averaging 2 storms a week here now.

Unfortunately that is the earth's future.
