The good ole days when calls were a quarter! And the ones before that when for a dime. (So I’m told… naturally I’m too young to have lived through those days😏)

It's becoming more & more difficult to have the traditional give & take conversation that is so crucial to social development with people these days and it is absolutely because of the smart phones. This is why I have a simple flip for texting and extremely brief convo and the occasional text, and lemme tell ya, a whole lotta people treat me like I got some kind of disease when their brain fully comprehends what I'm using....which usually doesn't happen, because like I said...smart phones.....

The great disconnect I see too many times in folks while dining in public.

Complacency.... it's a total killer.
