haunted touch
Do you think about your hands on me?
Does the memory of my skin ever get stuck in your mind
That sweet softness and supple give to my body
The scars you would trace ever so gently
Studying with your fingers as if they were braille
You'd follow the shape of my lips with your thumb
As you looked at me in a way no one else ever has
You used to have all the excuses and reason to touch me
Does it haunt you that you will never touch me again?
Does the memory of my skin ever get stuck in your mind
That sweet softness and supple give to my body
The scars you would trace ever so gently
Studying with your fingers as if they were braille
You'd follow the shape of my lips with your thumb
As you looked at me in a way no one else ever has
You used to have all the excuses and reason to touch me
Does it haunt you that you will never touch me again?
