I think you can clip out

Then shift spilling need as the start line for that stanza

Could clip

Undisguised here, it to me doesn’t add because if your moaning how is it going to be disguised?

The write is pretty damn good, but to me it   Needs a couple of tweaks here and there it for me loses cohesion,

Well, I definitely feel that the 'scorched anticipation' line can probably be tossed.... I'll try moving that 'spilling need' down but I don't know if that will work for me or not...I'll fiddle with it...  

(un)disguised = not disguised or open and candid.  
That's how to moan... openly,forthright...aaaand undisguised.... lol... Thanks, though... I get it, if it read 'disguised' .. then it's meaning is all off kilter..  

I'll most definitely take pretty damn good....

I tend to not go too explicit anymore. I'm past that stage and feel that leaving something to the imagination is way hotter and speaks more about me and who I am at this stage in my life. Vulgarity and crassness have its place, sure not I get what you're saying.... Thanks Walter.
