I don't like to brag
but I've got status
I'm an old-timer here
I may be old-school
but I'm no fool
So this is how
dark it is
here in the deep
the deep underground
the view is complete
When I need to write
Everything else stops
There's nothing
I can't drop
Put off or delay anyway
It's always been true
that's the way I am
So the deep underground
Is where it's at
Get my learning and schooling
(I ain't fooling)
but I've got status
I'm an old-timer here

You don’t need status. You are more than good enough with your down to earth, warm and honest words!
Could status be the admiration from colleagues?
Well deserved admiration is what I mean.
A young heart, a lively imagination and a rich palette full of imagery.
Word warrior, who else than you could have dreamt this up?
